Overview
A digital badge is sent after the relevant certificate has been issued. The badge can be used to share your achievement online, including on LinkedIn.
Applies to
• Learners who have received an eligible Skill Dynamics certificate.
• Managers and Academy Coordinators who need to explain badge timing to learners.
When badges are sent
After the Support Team has issued the certificate, the digital badge is sent automatically through the badge system. Learners should normally receive the badge email within 48 hours of receiving their certificate.

Who is eligible for a digital badge?
• Learners who receive an eligible Skill Dynamics certificate can receive a digital badge.
• Learners who receive a Certificate of Professional Development (CPD) are not eligible for a digital badge.
What to do if you do not receive the badge email
• Check your Inbox, Spam, and Junk folders.
• Allow up to 48 hours after the certificate has been issued.
• If the badge email was sent but you did not receive it or you lost it, you can access the badge through Openbadges.me using the same email address used for the badge.
• Contact Skill Dynamics Support if the badge is still not visible.
