What types of certificates can I receive from Skill Dynamics?

Overview

Skill Dynamics certificates are awarded when the relevant learning plan requirements have been completed. They are used for professional development and should not be compared to a degree certificate.

The Skill Dynamics certificate is endorsed by CILT, the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, and accredited by IFPSM, the International Federation of Purchasing and Supply Management.

Applies to

• Learners who have completed or are working towards a Skill Dynamics learning plan.

• Managers and Academy Coordinators who need to understand the certificates linked to learner completion.

Before you start

• The certificate type is defined during the customer onboarding phase and depends on the learner role, learning plan, and customer setup.

• Not every certificate type includes a digital badge. Learners who receive a Certificate of Professional Development (CPD) are not eligible for a digital badge.

Certified Advanced Procurement Professional (CAPP)

This certificate is issued for senior-role Procurement learning plans.

This certificate is awarded when a learner has completed at least one course but does not fall under the certificate types above. It is generally used for learners who complete individual courses from the catalogue.
